Il constitue une introduction \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie h\u00f4teli\u00e8re et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des services. Il permet aux \u00e9tudiants d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances sur le secteur de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie et de comprendre et d&rsquo;explorer les relations de travail entre les diff\u00e9rents secteurs de l&rsquo;industrie de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tellerie. Elle fournit des informations actualis\u00e9es sur les produits, les services, la technologie et les carri\u00e8res dans l&rsquo;industrie. Les \u00e9tudiants acqui\u00e8rent \u00e9galement une compr\u00e9hension de la qualit\u00e9 du service et des concepts de fourniture d&rsquo;un service de qualit\u00e9 constante, et sont initi\u00e9s aux principes et pratiques de base d&rsquo;un service et d&rsquo;une conception centr\u00e9s sur le client.
