Les \u00e9tudiants analysent les principes bibliques de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, de la gastronomie et de la cr\u00e9ation en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la mani\u00e8re dont ils peuvent s&rsquo;appliquer dans nos communaut\u00e9s et nos cuisines pour fournir une nourriture saine, durable et bonne aux gens afin de rendre gloire au Seigneur. Il s&rsquo;agit de : Le service des aliments et des boissons (devant la maison) et la production alimentaire (derri\u00e8re la maison). Dans les services de restauration, les \u00e9tudiants d\u00e9velopperont les connaissances appliqu\u00e9es et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler en tant que professionnel de la restauration dans un restaurant \u00e0 service complet. Ils apprendront et mettront en pratique diverses techniques de service des aliments et des boissons, ainsi que des comp\u00e9tences et des attitudes efficaces en mati\u00e8re de service aux clients. Les \u00e9tudiants seront \u00e9galement initi\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents types de boissons et au concept de gestion des revenus et de contr\u00f4le des co\u00fbts. La production alimentaire couvre les aspects th\u00e9oriques cl\u00e9s de la production alimentaire qui sont essentiels au succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;un restaurant \u00e0 service complet. Les \u00e9tudiants apprendront l&rsquo;importance du flux de travail en cuisine et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une bonne coordination entre les diff\u00e9rentes divisions de la cuisine vis-\u00e0-vis du personnel de service.
